TRESemmé Perfectly (Un)done Shampoo and Conditioner

Long, tousled, beach ready hair is something I've always lusted after. Changing my hair care routine is something I have to do often to keep it full of life, be it changing shampoos, or using a nourishing mask once a week. At the moment, my current go-to shampoo and conditioner comes from the TRESemmé Perfectly (Un)done range.

Ever since I was younger I've disliked my naturally wavy hair. Back in my school days it was all about poker straight hair, and heaven forbid if there was a hair that curled or was out of place. Nowadays though, it seems like the wavy/bedhead hair is all the rage, and that means that finally I can embrace my natural hair.

TRESemmé products always smell fantastic don't they?! And thankfully that's something that hasn't changed with their new 'undone' range. Additionally with these kinds of products, I've always found that a little goes a really long way. Use-wise, I only have to use a couple of squirts and I have plenty to cover my hair, which is not easy with how thick my hair is.

Both the shampoo and the conditioner are formulated with sea kelp extract, a key ingredient in helping to achieve natural beach waves. They're also silicone free, an added bonus for people with fine, thin hair. Using both, I left the conditioner on for a couple of minutes to help hydrate my hair a little, before rinsing clean.

After use I left my hair to air dry, and once it had dried I was amazed at the results. My hair felt silky and soft, and not bogged down in product. My usually untamable waves flowed more freely, and had a bit more of life to them. Normally I get quite a bit of frizz sticking off in all directions, but my hair looked healthier and had loose flowing waves. Altogether, I was amazed to get quite a decent result with air drying. Granted if I were to leave the house I'd have to add more volume to my hair and style it a bit more, but the products give a good result with minimal effort.

Overall, the shampoo and conditioner are a terrific combination that left my hair smelling great and freely flowing long after it had dried. If you have curly or wavy hair I would definitely recommend this product to you - embrace your natural hair! I'm glad I can nowadays - gone are the days where I'd completely flat iron my hair so the ends are ruler straight.
