My poor hair is always in need of some proper TLC. With all the heat I unload on it every day from my straighteners, it deserves a bit of a pamper every now and then. So when we got treated to this gorgeous product at the #BloggersUniteSummer15 event I co-hosted, I couldn't wait to try it out.
Founded in 2010, Keratin Revolution invest heavily in research and development to ensure that they deliver the most advanced hair care products within the hairdressing industry. Based in the UK, all the products offered by Keratin Revolution have been tested and approved by top hairdressers and salons based within London.
First of all, I'm in love with the packaging on this! With a clear plastic outer packaging and a white inside for the product, it immediately catches the eye with its sleek and high end look. With a silver rim and brand name, the products design is minimal but would still stand out if it were on a shop shelf. Instead of being a open topped bottle it has a spray nozzle, which is actually better to distribute the conditioner evenly.
At first it felt weird not lathering up the ends of my hair with creamy conditioner, but after I first used this leave-in version, I knew there was no going back. This is probably the best conditioner I have ever used, and my hair has never felt better! I tend to use this after I've got out of the shower and towel dried my hair, spraying from around a third of the way down my hair, and towards the ends. Normally I brush my hair from the bottom up to try and get rid of any tangles, but I was amazed after I first used this. There were hardly any tangles! And trust me, when you have long hair, you get tangles really, really easily - it's painful.
Anyway, after brushing I then tend to scrunch my hair in my hands to give it a gentle wave, and let my hair air dry. I only use my hair dryer on the rarest of occasions, partly because I can never be bothered, and also that I'm a tad paranoid about using a lot of heat on my hair!
There is also quite a nice smell to the conditioner too - have you ever noticed that all conditioners tend to smell so so good? I can't think exactly what it smells like, but it smells clean and refreshing, and the scent tends to linger on the hair for a while after use.
Once my hair dried, I was amazed at the difference. I tend to suffer with frizz quite a bit which I hate with a passion, but once my hair dried I noticed it was a lot sleeker. As well as being sleek, it was lovely and soft and had a nice shine to it. All in all, this product is fantastic and my hair looked like it had a bit more life and health to it.
Altogether I can't rave about this product more, it has changed my hair for the better. I will definitely be repurchasing this once I've ran out (which won't be a while as I've used it loads and there's still a ton left). If you suffer with dry, dull hair like mine used to be, then I'd 100% recommend this product to you - trust me!
Have you tried this leave-in conditioner before? Or any other products from Keratin Revolution? Let me know in the comments below! :)
