Ah Prairie Charms, you never disappoint! Over the past year I've had the pleasure of working with Prairie Charms quite a few times, and they're honestly one of the nicest and most thoughtful brands ever. They're constantly interacting with everyone to pinpoint their specific ideas, and really make products personal to the customer. Looking for a unique product as a present? Have a quick chat with the team and I can pretty much guarantee you'll like what they have to offer!
A couple of months ago, I had the pleasure of receiving the 'Enchanted' Prairie Pizzazz box, and I couldn't believe my eyes. It was so gorgeous! So I knew there was quite a bit for the Winter box to live up to. Thankfully the box didn't disappoint, and I couldn't believe my eyes when I opened it - it was jam packed with gorgeous goodies!
Like the 'Enchanted' box, this Prairie Pizzazz also has a theme, centred around the Winter season and all it brings. Think snow days, snuggling under your quilt for a few more minutes sleep, and of course, Christmas. I also have to give Prairie Charms some major praise here, as their packaging is beyond cute and you can tell they put that extra effort into packing each box. Round of applause here guys!
Now lets get down to the fab contents!
First up is this cute little handmade notebook! I'm always on the lookout for a little notebook to have in my bag for whenever blogging inspiration hits me, and this is the perfect size to keep on me. Inside is a small quote and a little personalised note for me and my blog - how adorable is that?!
I am also a HUGE lover of anything candle or wax melt related - just ask Liam and he will tell you how bad my little obsession is! So when I saw this cute little package, I immediately got excited - I could even smell them before I'd opened the little bag they came in. Apparently they're 'Festive Fig & Chocolate' flavoured, which did put me off a bit at first as I'm not the biggest fan of fig, but I was pleasantly surprised. It's a nice, rich and warming scent, and I'm sure I can detect some cinnamon in there too!
In the last Prairie Pizzazz box we were treated to some wax melts too, and I mentioned how cute I found them. I love how they mould them into adorable little figures too - it almost makes them seem too cute to burn! There's a festive hint about this boxes melts too - gingerbread men and candy canes for Christmas!
I was ridiculously excited to see this eye mask included in the box because I've been on the hunt for a decent one for ages. As much as I love our apartment, one of the most annoying things about it is that there's a street lamp pretty much right outside our bedroom window which means it's always pretty light in there. The eye mask is perfect for me as it blocks out pretty much all of the light, plus it has the added bonus of having a nice soft back which is pretty snug. It reminds me of my dressing gown as it's so soft and cozy! As a bonus it comes with a cute purple headband and a little sachet of face cream - score!
The cute tartan bow has to be one of my favourite items of the box, as it is 100% right up my street. It looks perfect with my standard curly hair and half pulled and pinned back. It's the perfect size too as it's not too large to look ridiculous, and not too small either. I'm completely in love with this and can't wait to rock it at work to spice my hair up a bit!
The little crown is absolutely gorgeous and really has that Christmassy vibe about it. I'm a little bit gutted that my box didn't arrive until after Christmas, as it would have been perfect to wear at work to add that little Christmassy touch. Plus, according to legend, wearing the crown throughout the first month of the New Year will bring 'dashings of good luck in the year to come'. Who can turn that down?!
I couldn't help but smile when I saw this gorgeous little snow globe necklace. It's meant to hold all your New Year wishes so they won't be forgotten - I love these little touches that Prairie Charms are adding, it gives it that something extra special. Plus I love the colour - it's a stunning purple shade with flecks of glitter throughout.
The handmade tags are really cute, and a nice touch to a box centred around Christmas. There are three separate designs; a gold glitter tag with a cute little bow, a snowflake card with a wooden reindeer, and a reindeer covered tag with red glitter noses. My favourite has to be the one with the red glitter reindeers though, it's pretty adorable! If Prairie Charms sold these in bigger sets, I'd definitely be interested in splurging on them for Christmas!
The Christmas cards are a great touch too. With a watercolour design, they look different to any cards I've seen before - there's just something about them that makes them look like they're more of a high end range rather than more common ones you'd see in a store. They're definitely going to be put to some good use towards the end of the year for our families!
Ah, chocolate. Okay guys, you have my interest! Whilst working on the boxes with Prairie Charms, we were actually split into groups to help design some of the products - PC obviously knew me pretty well by popping me in a group with people who thought of something chocolate related! The little star bauble is gorgeous, and I'm already dreaming up visions of creamy hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows, followed by the baubles chocolate sprinkles!
I'm seriously happy with the winter box (incase you couldn't tell, haha!). There's so many fantastic items included and it feels like you get such good value for your money. My only issue is that I wish I'd received this before Christmas as some of the items could have been put to some good use - but I guess that's the problem when you get a bit bogged down with work and forget to reply!
