It's been just under six months since my last blog post. Six months, and all I can say is wow. It's been a rollercoaster of a year, but I'm glad to be back and have something to focus all of my attention on. And what better way to start and get back into it than with some festive cheer and some Christmas related posts?
There's officially only 10 days left until Christmas Day - can you believe it?! It sure has come round quick! If you're a prepper like me, then you might have already sorted the majority of your presents for your loved ones - I think I've been going since about September/October! It really helps to spread out the cost, but if you still have a few people left yet to check off your list, then this post may come in handy to you. So on todays list? My top 5 picks (£30 and under) for every beauty lover!
Sanctuary Pamper Cracker - RRP £12.50 - To start off, sometimes there's just honestly nothing better than a good little Sanctuary set. I absolutely adore the scent, and right now the shower gel is my go-to product. This cute little set contains some adorable miniatures of Sanctuary's best products, such as the hand cream, heel balm, luxury bath float, salt scrub and thermal detox mask. It also contains a couple of cute items such as toe dividers and a nail file, and it's all wrapped up in an adorable little box styled like a cracker. Honestly, what's not to love?!
Miss Patisserie 'Pink Galaxy' Gift Box - RRP £14 - A brand recently launched this year, Miss Patisserie have certainly started to take the beauty world by storm. Covering everything from bath melts to coffee scrubs, there's sure to be something to suit everyone. One of my favourite items so far from the Christmas range has to be this gorgeous 'Pink Galaxy' gift box, which would certainly top any bath lovers Christmas list. The set contains 5 items - the gorgeous 'Twinkle' bath ball, 'You're A Star' bath fizz, 'So Vanilla' bath creamer, 'Chillax' bath creamer, and a bag of the infamous 'Unicorn Dust' bath crumble. So many pretty bath products to choose from, and at only £14 it's quite a bargain for a Christmas gift!
Face INC 'The Fairytale Of Good Skin' Gift Set - RRP £10 - A brand relatively new to me, I couldn't resist this gorgeous little Face INC set for a gift. Sheet masks seem to have been the range for a while now, and honestly, who can't resist a little pamper? This festive little set actually contains 3 of the best selling sheet masks from Face INC - the 'Brighten Up' skin energising sheet mask, the 'Sparkle Like A Unicorn' illuminating sheet mask, and the 'Oh Deer!' help the hangover sheet mask (which lets admit, will definitely come in handy over the festive period!). At £10 for the set I'd say this is quite a bargain, especially when you consider the masks are priced at £5 each individually.
Bare Minerals 'Let It Glow' Gift Set - RRP £29 - If you're after that little bit something extra for a beauty lover this Christmas, why not treat them to a little premium beauty? At £29 this set is a bit on the steeper side, but considering the products inside, I'd say you're getting your moneys worth. Coming in a gorgeous gold clutch bag that would be perfect to rock as part of any outfit, this set contains everything a girl would need to give a little glow for that Christmas party: the 'Illuminating Mineral Veil' Finishing Powder, 'Floret Blush' in 'Pink Bloom Shimmer', 'Well Rested' Face and Eye Brightener Mini, and 'Marvellous Moxie' Lipgloss in 'Leading Lady'.
NYX 'Mattes vs Metals Vault' Gift Set - RRP £30 - Ah, who doesn't love a good NYX lippie?! I'm definitely in the majority on this one, as lipsticks have to be my favourite makeup weapon to utilise. Thankfully the geniuses at NYX created a stunning little set with 12 must have shades, including 6 of their infamous matte 'Liquid Suede' lip creams and 6 of the relatively new 'Cosmic Metals' lip creams. With shades ranging from the deep red 'Kitten Heels' to the pale pink 'Tea & Cookies' in the Liquid Suede range, or the golden 'Metropolitan Night' in the Cosmic Metals, theres sure to be a shade to suit everyones preferences. And you can't beat the formula of a NYX liquid lipstick either - they slide on like a dream, and can stay put for hours on end. What's not to love?!
